Art and graphics

I create graphic art and layouts using Macromedia Photoshop and Illustrator. Much of it is for the production of Connies swap-cards, and also for publications and websites. Below are a few recent examples. Many of these require little work on my part, others involve a a lot of manipulation (although the trick it to make that not at all obvious).

In future I'll add all the cards that we produce. I'll also delve back into earlier archives to add all the others that we have created. (It'll take a while, we've created hundreds since we began a few years back.)

Contact me if you would like to commission some swap cards. We have access to images of a huge range of Australia creatures and plants, and work with our clients to write yarns for the back of each card that describe the subject depicted, along with messages about conservation, land management etc. Swap cards are an amazingly effective medium through which to communicate with the public.

We give the cards away at shows and festivals all over Victoria along with yarns and humour with which we can captivate kids and their elders for hours.
